Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1 Opportunity management

• Receive, acknowledge, and respond to all inbound new-business inquiries within one working day, maintaining a professional standard of engagement at every touchpoint.

• Qualify opportunities against the agency's qualification framework, assessing budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and strategic fit.

• Lead discovery meetings to establish a comprehensive understanding of the prospective client's business context, objectives, requirements, and constraints.

• Present the agency's credentials, capabilities, and relevant case work to senior client stakeholders.

• Maintain structured, consistent follow-up throughout the opportunity lifecycle and progress opportunities through each pipeline stage to closure.

• Partner with the Business Unit Head on commercial discussions, secure signed agreements, and deliver a complete onboarding handover to the account management team.

2 Pipeline and proposal orchestration

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to produce proposals, quotations, credentials decks, pitch materials, and RFP responses to agreed standards and deadlines.

• Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth for all opportunities, ensuring stage, value, next action, owner, and forecast close date are current and accurate.

• Prepare and present a weekly pipeline review for the Business Unit Head, including forecast, risks, and resourcing requirements.

• Identify and escalate cross-service opportunities arising within active proposals.

3 Partnerships and growth initiatives

• Proactively identify and pursue selected opportunities agreed with the Business Unit Head, engaging priority prospects through professional networks and direct contact.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop referral and strategic partnerships with complementary organisations, subject to Business Unit Head approval prior to commitment.

• Represent the agency at selected industry events and professional forums.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Two to four years experience in a client-facing role within an advertising, digital, media, or creative agency, with exposure to new business, account management, or client servicing.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing proposals, credentials, or pitch materials.

• Working knowledge of integrated agency services, including media, creative, social, influencer, branding, SEO, web development, and production.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).

• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
