As a Business Development Manager you will work under the guidance of the Client Servicing Director to identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. You will act as the vital bridge between international clients and internal delivery teams ensuring every event project is executed flawlessly on time and to the highest standard.

  • Identify contact and build relationships with prospective partners and international clients
  • Take client briefs analyze project requirements and prepare commercial offers alongside senior leadership
  • Manage the project pipeline from initial contact through to contract signature and local purchase order receipt
  • Collaborate with internal production and delivery departments to ensure high quality on time event execution
  • Maintain active communication with clients to manage accounts and secure due payments
  • Promote company services by predicting and addressing the specific objectives of international clients
  • Maintain precise daily records of sales revenue and client interactions within the company database

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in a similar role within the events and exhibitions industry
  • Solid background working directly within the Saudi Arabia market landscape
  • Degree from a recognized business school
  • Excellent proficiency in Windows Office applications
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and securing new business
  • Exceptional time management planning and cross cultural communication skills
