22,000 – 23,000 AED per month

Our client, a leading international events and media business, is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join their Dubai team.

This role will focus on selling sponsorship and exhibition opportunities across a large-scale B2B event portfolio within the technology and financial services space.

The successful candidate will manage the full sales process from identifying and developing new business opportunities through to negotiation and closing deals. You'll be engaging with senior stakeholders, building long-term commercial relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored partnership solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across key accounts and new business
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across relevant industries
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting through CRM systems
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, production, and operations teams

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, or media sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident pitching to senior stakeholders
  • Commercially focused with a proactive approach to business development
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
