Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth by building and managing partnerships with schools, corporates, and strategic stakeholders. This role focuses on revenue generation, market expansion, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard schools and corporate partners
  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies
  • Lead commercial negotiations and partnership discussions
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partner relationships
  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic partnerships and growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding
  • Track sales performance and report progress against targets

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Experience in fintech, education, payments, or B2B platforms preferred
  • Strong commercial and negotiation experience
  • Understanding of contract structures and revenue models
