Role Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Business Development Manager to lead sales and business development strategy for large suppliers in Egypt. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking and execution, working closely with C-Level stakeholders to drive adoption of Stryve products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall sales and business development strategy across key industry verticals (FMCG, Pharma, Electronics, Fashion).
- Accelerate transaction volumes and gross margin.
- Develop sales strategies using local market knowledge and execute go-to-market plans.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, account management, and deal closure.
- Ensure excellent internal coordination for new service rollout considering market regulations and competition.
- Own customer requests and explore new opportunities to add value.
- Attend trade shows, follow up on leads, and report on sales pipeline bi-weekly.
- Ensure client satisfaction, account retention, and contractual health.
Requirements
- 7+ years in business development for startups or new ventures.
- Experience in FinTech or selling FinTech products to corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of payments, digital banking, supply chain finance, and cash management.
- Ability to negotiate and interact at C-Level.
- Strong strategic planning and hands-on execution skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving and high energy.
- Strong organization skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel locally within Egypt.
- Proficient in CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
