Business Development Manager — Fit-Out & Interiors | Dubai

Most BD roles pay you the same whether you win or not. This one doesn't.

Theta Architects (Theta Nova Technical Services) is a Dubai design & fit-out contractor. We deliver false ceilings and partitions, flooring and wall finishes, painting, plumbing and sanitary works, and electromechanical installation. We're growing, and we're hiring a Business Development Manager to build our order book across the UAE.

The job You'll be measured on one thing above all: new contracts awarded to Theta Nova from business you originate.

Find and win fit-out projects across offices, retail, hospitality, F&B and residential
Turn your relationships with consultants, developers, PMCs, brokers and end-users into tender invitations and direct awards
Run each opportunity end to end: first meeting, site visit, scope, pricing with our estimation team, negotiation, award
Protect margin. We target around 30% gross profit, and a deal below that doesn't count toward your target
Stay with your clients through handover and collection. You're paid when they pay

You'll need

8+ years selling fit-out or interior contracting in the UAE
Relationships you can activate in your first month, not your first year
A record of deals you personally originated and closed. We'll ask for the numbers
The judgement to walk away from a job that doesn't make money
A valid UAE driving licence. This is a field role
