Role Purpose:
To lead business development and client acquisition efforts for commercial interior fit-out projects across corporate, retail, F&B, and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on identifying and converting new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with developers, consultants, PM firms, and end-clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business leads within the commercial fit-out, design-build, and interior contracting sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and cost estimates to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
2. Market Research & Strategy
- Identify emerging market trends, competitors, and business opportunities within the UAE and wider GCC.
- Develop and implement a robust business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain updated knowledge of construction, real estate, and interiors market activity.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders — developers, consultants, project managers, architects, and procurement departments.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen market presence.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal project teams during pre-contract phases.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project delivery teams to prepare competitive bids and proposals.
- Update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and client communications.
- Provide regular business development reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within commercial fit-out / interior contracting / construction sectors in the UAE or GCC.
- Proven track record of securing and delivering mid- to large-scale fit-out projects (AED 2M–20M+ range).
- Existing network of clients, consultants, and developers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Strong understanding of project life cycles, estimation, and tendering processes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Results-driven with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
