Business Development Manager (Forex / CFD)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Forex / CFD industry and solid knowledge of financial markets.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Previous experience in FX sales within a brokerage firm
- Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly Forex and CFD products
- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in client interactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Minimum 23 years of FX sales experience within a brokerage
- An existing client portfolio is highly preferred
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Prior experience in the financial services sector, specifically Forex and CFDs, is essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Willingness to travel when required
