Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will drive business growth, build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies for market expansion. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, managing client negotiations, and aligning business efforts to achieve set goals. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Strategic Thinking, Project Management, and Problem-Solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of the facility management or Fire Life Safety construction industries
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in the UAE region is preferred
