Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Arab El Sheikh Zayed. The chosen candidate will identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, lead sales pitches, and develop comprehensive strategies for business growth. Responsibilities also include maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends, collaborating with internal teams, and preparing regular sales performance reports.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Experience in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Strategic Partnership Development
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Advertising Trends
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Organizational Skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and derive strategic insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role within the digital agency field is highly preferred
- Flexibility to work on-site in Arab El Sheikh Zayed
