Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and strategize to meet and exceed sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, pitching services, preparing proposals, developing business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves representing HEXDOF at industry events and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of engineering services such as CAD/CAE/BIM and industries including automotive, aerospace, energy, and construction
  • Proven ability to develop business strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in market research and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering domain, is an added advantage
