Hey Rocket is partnering with a rapidly expanding global beauty brand making its debut in the Middle East. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the brand's market entry in Dubai building strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, and spearheading creative brand activations to establish a strong footprint in the region.
This role is ideal for an ambitious, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building brands from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement market entry and business growth strategies for the UAE.
Identify and secure partnerships with distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and salons/spas.
Drive sales performance through effective business development, networking, and pipeline management.
Plan and execute high-impact brand activation campaigns including product launches, influencer collaborations, and beauty events.
Collaborate closely with the Singapore HQ team on marketing, logistics, and promotional activities.
Represent the brand at regional trade fairs and industry events to build visibility and awareness.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to refine strategy.
Requirements
35 years of experience in business development, sales, or brand activation within the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
Proven experience launching or growing a brand in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong local network across retail, clinics, e-commerce, and beauty industry stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in executing marketing and activation campaigns.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
