Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will have below key responsibilities.

We're looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Manager to lead the growth of Hikvision Non-Video portfolio across both Public and Enterprise sectors in Egypt.

You'll identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Access Control, Intercom, speed gate, turnstile, parking management system, security inspection system and Energy Solutions, building solid relationships with end-users, consultants, and system integrators to position Hikvision as the first choice in integrated security and AI-driven systems.

  • Drive sales growth of Non-Video solutions across PBG and EBG verticals.
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts, consultants, distributors, and system integrators. Identify and qualify large-scale project opportunities (Safe City, Education, Oil & Gas, Retail, Real Estate, etc.).
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, technical presentations, and ROI-based value selling pitches. Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to develop vertical-specific strategies and demo showcases.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product trends. Forecast and track project pipelines in CRM; deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent Hikvision Egypt in exhibitions, client events, and industry associations.

What We're Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of B2B sales experience in security, ELV, ICT, or integrated solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing non-video product lines or multi-solution portfolios.
  • Strong network with system integrators, consultants, and key accounts in Egypt.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
