Business Development Manager - Holiday Homes

VayK Holiday Homes manages a growing portfolio of high-quality properties across Dubai. We are looking for an ambitious, driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our portfolio by building strong relationships with property owners and converting new opportunities into long-term clients.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for turning qualified leads into new property management clients and playing a key role in the continued growth of VayK.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage inbound and outbound leads from initial contact through to conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
• Present VayK's property management services and value proposition
• Prepare rental income forecasts and tailored proposals for potential clients
• Follow up consistently with prospects and identify new business opportunities
• Negotiate and close agreements with property owners
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in our CRM
• Work closely with the operations and revenue teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A strong sales mindset and the ability to confidently close deals
• A flexible and forward-thinking approach
• The ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• A professional and confident approach when dealing with property owners
• Russian language skills are preferred
