Business Development Manager

Job Description

1. Responsible for direct development and management of partners and System Integrator.

2Responsible for customer relationship maintenance and satisfaction with the client.

3Ability to adapt with strategic planning and priority setting of the department (sales &marketing action plan)

4Prepares and analyzes performance tools and reports, including data analysis to monitor and improve the project/accounts performance.

5Analyzes contracts and billing for accuracy and completeness; submits the billings to the client promptly and follows up on any issues.

6Review and manage the inventory and sales out tracking and management.

Job Requirements

1Graduate of any Business/Management course or Engineering course.

2Mininum 10 years work experience in SALES and have a strong client sources or relationship in public safe industry and operator, familiar with project operation and know how on bidding process and procedures.

3Preferably with experience in ICT industry/companies or familiar with ICT solutions such as critical communication, command center, CCTV and other related solution.

4With strong interpersonal skills in maintaining client relationship

5Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English and Arabic.

6Must be a good team player and possess self-motivated driven working style

7Must be have a pleasing personality and a good moral character
