Business Development Manager ICT

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong background in enterprise technology sales and a passion for creating new business opportunities. This role is for someone who understands how to engage decisionmakers, uncover business challenges, and position technology solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will be responsible for driving growth across enterprise and commercial accounts, developing strategic relationships, and expanding the company's footprint in the UAE market.

What You Will Do

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across enterprise and commercial sectors.
• Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers, and key stakeholders.
• Drive sales of cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, managed services, and digital transformation solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Work closely with internal technical teams and technology partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT, IT solutions, or technology sales.
• Proven track record in new business acquisition and enterprise sales.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and managed services.
• Existing network within the UAE market is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results driven.
• Arabic Speakers.
