Location: Dubai, Riyadh, UAE (or other major Middle Eastern cities applicable)
Experience: 5+ years in sales or business development

Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Middle East is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the region. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, relationship building, and driving revenue growth across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, legal services, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients.Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales roles, with at least 3 years of experience in the Middle East market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Experience in sectors such as technology, healthcare, legal services, or infrastructure is highly desirable.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
Key Competencies:
Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Ability to develop long-term strategies and execute them efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Travel Requirements:
Frequent travel within the Middle East region will be required.
