Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas White / Grey Collar Staffing
We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager for Saudi Arabia, focused on expanding our presence within the oil & gas sector.
At Innovations Global, we specialize in workforce solutions across white-collar and grey-collar staffing, supporting major projects across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development within oil & gas clients in KSA
- Build and leverage an existing network of decision-makers
- Identify and close staffing opportunities across white / grey collar roles
- Lead client meetings, present solutions, and own commercial discussions and pricing
- Develop proposals and successfully close new contracts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in staffing business development
- Strong exposure to oil & gas sector
- Experience selling white-collar / grey-collar staffing solutionsis mandatory (nonblue-collar roles)
- Existing client network in KSA (critical)
- Strong understanding of roles, hiring trends, and pricing within oil & gas staffing
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
