We've partnered with a UAE-based precision composites manufacturer, supplying advanced structures to international markets, on a newly created role: a Business Development Manager to spearhead their move into a fresh industry vertical.

This isn't a generalist sales position. We're looking for someone with genuine depth in one sector who can walk in, open doors, and build a market presence from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

• Driving entry into a new vertical where composite technology is gaining real traction

• Opening doors with buyers and decision-makers through your own network

• Spotting where composites can outperform or replace traditional materials

• Partnering with the engineering team to tailor solutions for clients

• Building a solid project pipeline and laying the groundwork for long-term growth

What you'll bring

• A background in composites, advanced materials, or engineered manufacturing — this is essential

• Specialist knowledge of one sector: marine, aerospace supply chain, infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing
