Business development Manager (Insurance Industry)

We are hiring a senior Business Development Manager Insurance for a leading UAE insurance firm. The role targets revenue growth across multiple insurance lines, expanding the client base, strengthening insurer partnerships, and driving overall business profitability.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business across Motor, Medical, and General Insurance lines, while developing and managing a strong portfolio of individual and corporate clients. The role requires achieving monthly and annual sales targets, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and business partners. The candidate will conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, actively monitor market trends and competitor activities, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE insurance regulations. Applicants must have a minimum of 34 years of UAE experience in insurance sales, strong product knowledge across Motor, Medical, and General Insurance, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills are essential, and existing UAE market exposure with an established client network will be highly preferred.
