Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and driving business expansion in alignment with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy for the Saudi market
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across relevant sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent Intella at relevant industry events and meetings

Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology or enterprise solutions
  • Experience in the Saudi market with knowledge of local business practices
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or data-driven technologies
  • Experience working with government or enterprise clients in KSA
