Business Development Manager Interior Design and Fit-out(Commercial and Residential)

KBC Group, a leading Dubai-based business group specialized in commercial interiors,home interiors, visual merchandising, advertising, marketing, and technology since 2003, is hiring Business Development Manager. This role spans across two of our flagship companies: KBC Interior, UAE's premium commercial fit-out specialist with special focus in retail interiors, and WowDecor, a fast-growing home interior and fixed furniture solutions brand.

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for skilled and experienced Business Development Managers who can generate business for commercial and/or residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring a robust network of cleintsincluding direct clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developersand a strong ability to drive high-value business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet growth targets across residential and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry professionals including architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the high-end kitchen, closet, and interior design segments.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are met with excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for expansion and innovation.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the UAE, specifically within commercial or residential interior design, kitchens, closets, or fit-out sectors.
  • A well-established network of contacts with leading clients, consultants, architectects, interior designers, and construction companies.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and deliver on sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for luxury interiors and a strong understanding of current design trends.
  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
