Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out (UAE based)

We are hiring a Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out on behalf of an established interior fit-out and events & exhibitions company in the UAE. The role drives business growth by identifying and securing new fit-out opportunities, combining a strategic approach to business development with strong client relationships.

• : identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activity, and turn insights into targeted growth strategies

• : generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online platforms, and maintain a strong pipeline

• : build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, including developers, landlords, consultants, and design firms

• : prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that fit each client's project requirements and budget

• : lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and ensure a smooth handover to the project management team

• : work with design, estimation, and project management teams to develop solutions that meet client objectives

• : keep accurate business development records, report to senior management, and forecast and track sales targets

• : represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven sales or business development experience in the interior fit-out industry (minimum 1 year)

• Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strategic thinker able to spot market opportunities and turn them into action plans

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel as required

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification

• Russian language skills (an advantage, not mandatory)

• An active network of developers, landlords, consultants, or design firms in the UAE

• Available to join immediately

• Basic salary and allowances plus a target-based commission
