Business Development Manager- Interior fitout and turnkey construction experience

Strato Creations LLC is a fast-growing interior fit-out and turnkey solutions company delivering commercial offices, retail outlets, restaurants, hospitality spaces, villas, exhibitions, and bespoke interior projects across the UAE.

We are seeking an experienced, well-connected, and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out and turnkey projects
• Build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, developers, project management companies, and corporate clients
• Secure projects through networking, cold calling, meetings, presentations, tenders, and prequalification opportunities
• Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings
• Coordinate project handovers and support long-term client satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development within interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or turnkey solutions
Strong UAE network of consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients
Proven record of achieving sales targets and securing fit-out projects
Experience in tendering, prequalification, BOQs, and RFP opportunities
Good understanding of fit-out processes, contracts, and the complete project lifecycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
