Ownership & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the UAE market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Salesforce and other IT products & solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our solutions and expand your network.
What You'll Need
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT sales, with a preference for experience selling Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic speaking candidates will only be considered.
