Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and experience in handling enterprise clients and strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients across enterprise and corporate segments.
- Manage key client accounts and foster long-term business relationships.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Develop customized business proposals, presentations, and techno-commercial solutions.
Strategic Initiatives
- Identify emerging market opportunities and potential growth segments.
- Support business expansion through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
- Contribute to annual business planning and revenue forecasting.
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and CRM data.
- Support post-sales engagement and account growth initiatives.
Market Representation
- Represent the organization at networking events, industry forums, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Build strong professional relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Required Skills
Mandatory
- Business Development and Enterprise Sales experience.
- Strong client acquisition and account management skills.
- Experience in proposal preparation and techno-commercial discussions.
- CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Revenue target management and business forecasting.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Preferred
- Exposure to Telecom, Carrier Services, IT Services, Managed Services, Digital Media, or Technology Solutions.
- Understanding of technology-driven business solutions and service delivery models.
- Experience handling enterprise and corporate clients.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Telecommunications, Business Management, Marketing, or related qualifications will be an advantage.
