We are hiring an Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in our IT staffing and workforce solutions division. This role is designed for a high-level enterprise seller who can open large accounts, build executive relationships, and close multi-resource outsourcing deals.
You will focus on acquiring enterprise clients, structuring long-term staffing partnerships, and expanding recurring manpower contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire enterprise clients requiring IT manpower and workforce outsourcing
Develop relationships with CXO and senior decision makers
Close large contract staffing and payroll resource deals
Structure multi-year staffing partnerships and master service agreements
Build and manage a high-value enterprise sales pipeline
Lead negotiations, commercial structuring, and contract closure
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill large accounts
Expand existing enterprise clients into recurring revenue streams
Represent the company in executive meetings and industry events
Forecast enterprise pipeline and revenue performance
Requirements
7+ years enterprise B2B sales experience
Proven success selling IT staffing / outsourcing at scale
Track record of closing large manpower contracts
Strong executive presence and negotiation capability
Experience working with enterprise procurement processes
Deep understanding of UAE enterprise market
Self-driven, revenue-focused mindset
