Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Business Development Manager. 

The Business Development Manager will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. 

Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, devising effective business development strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. Additionally, the role requires preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and presenting insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills

* Must speak Arabic and English

* Must have Events Service experience

* Strong knowledge of Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation

* Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets

* Experience in sales and building relationships within the events, media, or creative sectors is highly preferred

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

* Proven track record of exceeding sales and business development goals
