Business Development Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Chemical distributor company who are hiring a Business Development Manager for their team in Riyadh.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Develops strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.
• Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Liaise with the suppliers on technical and purchasing matters.
• Conduct monthly visits to clients.
• Prepare sales & development reports.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only Candidates currently based in KSA will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 12 years of sales experience.
• Must have B2B experience with chemicals used in the food industry.
• Strong network in the pharmaceutical market within the KSA markets.
• Must have a valid KSA Driver's License.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must.
• Strong business management, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
