Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Riyadh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans, and promoting the firm's legal services. This professional will work closely with the leadership team to ensure business growth and strengthen the firm's market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and identifying new opportunities within the legal industry.
• Relationship building, Client Engagement, and Networking abilities to establish and maintain strong partnerships.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Market Analysis to promote services effectively and identify within legal industry.
• Strong understanding of the legal industry, with knowledge of legal service offerings an asset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on client-first service.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required. Familiarity with the Riyadh market is a strong advantage.

Qualified Candidate must have a working experience in a legal firm for at least 5 Years

Applicant must have good job stability.

Preferrable strong background and client's connection within Legal Industry

Handson experience in client's management, Sales and marketing in relevant industry (Legal)
