Business Development Manager-Local & Export Sales

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in FMCG (spices, fresh foods, or similar)

• Proven experience in export sales and international market expansion

• Strong leadership experience managing multi-location sales teams

• In-depth knowledge of Local market and export procedures

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

• Valid driving license (preferred)
