Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager

This is a senior leadership role where you'll build and lead a high-performing sales team, drive new customer acquisition, and position our client as a leading 3PL player in the region.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

• 10–15 years of commercial experience in Logistics, with a proven track record in GCC markets.
• Strong background in customer acquisition across road freight, distribution, or warehousing.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams in a 3PL environment.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
