As we continue expanding our portfolio across Dubai, we are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to support our acquisition growth and actively close new property management partnerships.
The Role
This is a performance-focused business development role for commercially sharp professionals who are confident in sourcing and closing deals within Dubai's holiday homes market.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building owner relationships, negotiating management agreements, and contributing directly to the company's portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full acquisition cycle from lead generation to signed contracts
- Source new property owners, landlords, and brokers across Dubai
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, WhatsApp prospecting, referrals, and field visits
- Present the company's value proposition professionally and confidently
- Negotiate and close management agreements
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
- Identify high-potential, revenue-generating properties
- Coordinate with the onboarding and operations teams for smooth activations
- Provide regular pipeline and performance reporting to management
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Dubai Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rental industry
- Proven track record in business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market dynamics
- Ability to independently generate and manage leads
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Existing network of landlords, investors, or brokers is highly preferred
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary between AED 5,000 – AED 12,000 depending on experience and profile
- Uncapped commission structure
- Performance-driven earnings with potential to exceed AED 50,000 monthly
