Job location: Qatar
Relevant Industry experience
Maritime time industry experience will be preferred i.e., worked in/with offshore and high seas vessel owners, ship management companies, shipyards, boat builders, marine navigation & communication equipment manufacturers/ suppliers/ service providers etc.
Should be based in Qatar and possessing valid local driving license.
Minimum 02+ years of work experience in Qatar with corporate sector.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintaining customer relationship and contact, personal and for associates, via weekly/ monthly visits, meetings, calls. · Assisting/ inputs from market to design and implementation of customized sales strategies as per customer profile. (In coordination with Sales Head) · Keep the self and associates updated with the latest business news, developments, changes in the local market
· Leads generation/ execution from assigned portfolio and introducing new customers.
· Responsible for the sales process Quotation, Order, Contracts, Follow up.
· Responsible to achieve Booking and Billing/ GP Target assigned.
· Prepare biweekly forecast of Booking, Billing/ GP and giving strategy update.
· Check and follow up orders, contracts with help of coordinators and updating CRM.
· Accountable for its own sales receivable. Helping accounts in follow up and collections.
Desired Skill Set (eg. Communication, excel skill)
· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
· Experience in customer relationship management.
· Hand on Experience in Tender management
· Experience managing and directing a sales team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Dedication to providing great customer service.
