Job Title: Business Development Manager - Any line of Insurance

Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai UAE

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are Seeking motivated Business Development Managers - Medical, Motor, General lines to support business growth in the insurance sector in both Dubai & Abu Dhabi locations. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and promoting insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell insurance products (health, motor, life, property, etc.).
• Manage client relationships and handle renewals.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Candidate with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• 2 - 3 years experience in sales of Medical, Motor, General lines preferred.
