Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across hospitality, retail, real estate, and event sectors.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities across hotels, malls, residential towers, hospitals, and event venues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, and decision-makers
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing models, and service solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals in alignment with company targets
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications & Requirements- 57 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi
- Experience in hospitality, facility management, parking services, or service-based industries preferred
- Strong network within Abu Dhabi real estate and hospitality sectors is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
