Nasoft is hiring a
Business Development Manager For one of our client in Riyadh that specialized in Digital Marketing and advertising Services .
Responsibilities :-
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Working towards monthly or annual targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- +10 years is the minimum experience,
- Prior sales experience in Marketing Agencies or Advertising services
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
- Faster learning ability and passion for sales
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
- Good presentation Skills
- Effective Communication Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Ability to relocate to Riyadh
