The job holder's responsibility is primarily to prospect new direct clients as well as introduce new products/services to existing clients within a designated geographic territory or by nature of customers. Focuses on the achievement of personal sales targets within the assigned sales mix and new business development.
Accountabilities:
Achieve sales target as per the plan and contribute towards enhancing Sukoon market share in the corporate insurance business.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and introduce internal experts where necessary to meet the defined revenue targets.
Negotiate and close sales and renewals.
Develop and maintain account relationships through calls, visits and hospitality.
Respond to all account queries and ensure timely and effective solutions.
Maintain health enquiry pipeline to achieve business targets.
Adhere to TATs with regards to quotes submission and policy servicing matters.
Maintain quality focus by proactively contributing to the QMS improvement cycle.
Ensure awareness of Quality Policy and Quality Strategic Objectives.
Ensure adherence to overall KPIs and internal and external SLAs of the department.
Develop and maintain strong awareness.
Skills Required:
Product Knowledge.
Medical Insurance Sales Experience.
Holding a portfolio.
UAE Insurance Market Work experience mandatory.
Analytical and Presentation skills. MS Office Skills required.
Interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Written and verbal communication skills in English.
Driving License with Vehicle mandatory.
Education & Experience:
Graduate degree in business administration.
CII Cert qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
2 to 4 years experience in similar role in the insurance industry.
