As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand and strengthen our broker network, unlock new business channels, and support sustained lead generation and revenue growth with a specific focus on the Abu Dhabi market.
This role plays a critical part in building long-term partnerships with brokerage firms, optimizing broker performance, and identifying strategic opportunities across the capital. The ideal candidate is based in Abu Dhabi, brings strong local market knowledge, and has an established network within the Abu Dhabi real estate ecosystem. They will confidently represent OMNIYAT across industry events, activations, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new brokerage firms, with a focus on Abu Dhabibased agencies, ensuring a smooth and professional integration into OMNIYAT's sales ecosystem.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both newly onboarded and existing brokerage partners across Abu Dhabi to drive loyalty and collaboration.
- Conduct regular outreach, meetings, and market visits to keep brokerage partners informed and engaged with company updates, launches, and commercial priorities.
- Assess brokerage performance and strategically align partners with Sales Managers based on Abu Dhabi market coverage, specialization, and potential.
- Identify and develop new tools, platforms, and partnership opportunities to generate qualified leads and expand the sales funnel.
- Establish strategic alliances with corporations, relocation firms, investment groups, and lifestyle partners particularly those active in Abu Dhabi to increase exposure across OMNIYAT's portfolio.
- Represent OMNIYAT at industry events, roadshows, and networking opportunities in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a strong, professional, and consistent brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support event planning, execution, and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement and results.
- Monitor Abu Dhabi market trends, competitor activity, and brokerage dynamics to inform strategy and maintain OMNIYAT's competitive positioning.
- Analyse broker performance data and provide regular reports, insights, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure broker partners are equipped with the right tools, materials, and knowledge.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams on brokerage agreements, commission structures, and compliance requirements.
