Position Overview
Genuine Bullion Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow and originate business within our physical bullion operations.
This role is focused on sourcing and generating real bullion flow, including:
- Scrap gold suppliers
- Gold traders and aggregators
- Export buyers and counterparties
The role is commercial and relationship-driven, requiring strong industry contacts, deal origination capability, and the ability to convert relationships into consistent bullion volumes.
This is not a desk role. The successful candidate will actively source, negotiate, and close physical bullion transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard scrap gold suppliers (shops, collectors, aggregators)
- Develop relationships with gold traders, exporters, and counterparties
- Originate buy and sell opportunities for physical bullion
- Negotiate pricing, premiums, and commercial terms in coordination with management
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of active bullion suppliers and buyers
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to execute and settle transactions
- Monitor market conditions relevant to physical bullion flow
- Represent the company within the Dubai gold market and regional bullion networks
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in physical bullion, scrap gold, or precious metals trading
- Existing network of suppliers and buyers within the gold industry
- Strong understanding of; Scrap gold sourcing, Physical bullion flow, and Export and cross-border transactions.
- Commercially driven with a track record of closing deals
- Comfortable working on volumes, margins, and repeat flow
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Arabic speaking preferred; English required
