Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving business growth initiatives for Pi Flow. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, prospecting potential partners, and leading client-specific proposals and presentations. The role also involves market research and analysis to identify trends and provide insights for business strategies while collaborating with internal teams to meet the organization's goals.

At Pi Flow, we aren't looking for a traditional office manager to check off routine tasks. We are seeking a strategic growth driver who can open doors to major opportunities and build solid alliances. In this role, you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work while taking full ownership of driving our initiatives to build bridgehead partnerships with the legal, fintech, and HR sectors in the Kingdom.

What We Expect From You (KPIs)

We focus strictly on output, not on hours clocked behind a desk:

-Revenue Target: Secure a target revenue of SAR 200,000 per month.

-Client Acquisition: Close 48 new clients annually (averaging 4 clients per month).

-Network Building: Execute 24 strategic partnership or collaboration agreements annually.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in B2B Business Development or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Languages & Skills: Native or full professional fluency in both Arabic and English, with advanced value-based persuasion and closing skills.
  • Traits: Highly self-disciplined to maintain high productivity remotely, with a proactive mindset that drives initiatives without waiting for direction.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
