Business Development Manager

Pluralis Digital is a Navi Mumbai–based digital marketing agency specializing in Online Reputation Management (ORM), Influencer Marketing, Meme Marketing, and Website Development. We partner with premium brands, public figures, and businesses to shape, safeguard, and amplify their digital presence.

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales. You don't need to come from a digital marketing agency background, but you must understand how the industry works and, more importantly, have a network of premium clients you can activate from Day 1.

• Bring ORM and premium digital marketing clients from your existing network.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
• Actively generate quality leads and close deals — no warm-up period.
• Negotiate and close contracts that align with high-value business goals.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously refine sales strategies.

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing (especially ORM).
• A strong network of premium clients, brands, or public figures.
• Proven ability to close high-ticket deals independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• A self-starter who thrives on accountability and results.
