As PRECIOSA Lighting continues to expand across Saudi Arabia, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the hospitality, residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, contractors, and clients.
• Promote PRECIOSA Lighting's bespoke decorative lighting solutions and strengthen our market presence.
• Track projects from concept and design through tender, award, supply, installation, and completion.
• Work closely with our international design, engineering, and project teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.
• Represent PRECIOSA Lighting at client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within decorative lighting, architecture, interior design, construction, or luxury products.
• An existing network within the Saudi architecture, design, or construction industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated professional with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP Sales Cloud is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
