Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Al Jubail. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include market research, developing strategic plans, preparing presentations, drafting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with our internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization's growth.

Qualifications

• (7-15 years) Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with industrial products or within industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Marine is highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret datasheets, P&IDs, MTOs, and discuss specifications confidently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Previous experience in managing client portfolios within the KSA region is a plus
