Required Skills

• Proven experience working with Prime Vendors, MSPs, and System Integrators.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience in lead generation, account management, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
