Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dammam. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop growth opportunities, establish and nurture professional relationships, and enable revenue generation. Daily tasks will include market analysis, identifying potential partners, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building Skills
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals
• Proficiency in analyzing revenue streams and commercial strategies
• Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or similar industries is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
