BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (RCBI)

Company: Bridgegold

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports to: Regional Director

Compensation: Gross monthly base salary from AED 15,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission on successfully closed mandates.

Role Overview

This is a revenue-owning role. You will originate, advise and convert high-net-worth clients across Caribbean citizenship and European residency programmes. You are accountable for the full sales cycle from first engagement through mandate signature and successful conversion, operating within a structured and compliance-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Ownership

Originate and develop HNWI relationships through direct outreach, referrals and professional networks.

Own the full advisory and sales process from qualification to signed mandate and conversion.

Deliver structured, accurate programme comparisons across Caribbean CBI and European RBI pathways.

Maintain pipeline momentum and ensure clean handovers to operations and legal partners.

Programme Advisory

Advise clients across leading citizenship-by-investment programmes.

Advise clients across residency-by-investment pathways.

Remain current on regulatory updates, pricing changes and procedural developments.

Align programme selection with client profile, objectives, timelines and risk considerations.

Systems & Discipline

Maintain accurate CRM records and deal stage tracking.

Manage follow-ups and deadlines with structured reporting.

Produce clean and auditable documentation of client interactions.

Compliance & Professional Standards

Operate strictly within AML/KYC and internal compliance frameworks.

Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external legal partners post-mandate.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

Minimum 5 years direct RCBI sales experience.

Demonstrated ability to independently close HNWI cases.

Strong experience in Caribbean citizenship programmes and European residency pathways.

Native Arabic speaker.

Fluent spoken and written English.

Hands-on CRM experience.

Stable employment history with no short-term pattern.

Comfortable working in a performance-visible, accountable environment.

Preferred

Existing introducer network in Dubai or wider GCC.

Experience handling multiple parallel deal pipelines.

Background interacting with private bankers, wealth managers or family offices.

This role suits disciplined revenue producers who can operate independently, manage complex client relationships and maintain high professional standards within a structured firm.
