The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead this exciting market entry. This isn't a back-office role—it's about being on the ground, spotting opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth. You'll be the connector, the strategist, and the closer who makes things happen.
What You'll Do
- Shape the Market Entry: Craft and execute a go-to-market plan tailored to Dubai and the GCC.
- Open Doors: Identify and engage decision-makers in real estate, coworking, design, and corporate sectors.
- Build Momentum: Drive new client acquisition, secure partnerships, and amplify brand presence.
- Be the Face of the Brand: Represent the client at events, trade shows, and networking circles.
- Report & Collaborate: Deliver clear monthly updates, working hand-in-hand with Repserve's global team.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- A proven track record in business development or sales in the Middle East.
- A strong network in workspace design, architecture, real estate, or corporate procurement.
- Sharp communication and negotiation skills—you know how to influence and close.
- Entrepreneurial energy—comfortable working in a fractional, results-driven setup.
- English fluency; Arabic is a strong plus.
