Role Overview
RG Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a strategic role focused on driving business growth through market expansion, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong commercial acumen, proven track record in business development, and a deep understanding of the UAE/GCC market.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing initiatives that align with RG Group's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand RG Group's market footprint across the UAE and beyond.
- Identify and pursue new B2B and B2G opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle: pitching, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue goals.
- Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Represent RG Group at trade shows, exhibitions, and professional networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a commercial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market with an established network of business contacts.
- Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Experience in sectors such as real estate, construction, investment, or consulting is a bonus.
