Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager / Account Manager with 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or enterprise services.
The ideal candidate should already have an established network and relationships within IT, BFSI, or Pharma organizations and should be capable of managing the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and growing strategic accounts.
This is a revenue-focused role where the candidate will be responsible for both new business acquisition and account management.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects within IT, BFSI, Pharma, and related industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry connections.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and similar platforms for lead generation.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and business presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and commercial proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting.
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customers.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding, project coordination, and customer satisfaction.
CRM & Sales Operations
- Maintain all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM.
- Track pipeline health, sales metrics, and account performance.
- Follow structured sales processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Prior experience in SaaS, technology solutions, IT services, localization services, AI products, or enterprise software sales.
- Existing network and relationships within IT, BFSI, or Pharma organizations is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience handling enterprise accounts and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
- Lead Generation Tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, etc.)
